I started training with Bailey prior to coaching online and she’s been the absolute best. Her workouts and meal planning really shifted me into a better and more dedicated mindset, and she has helped me see progress that independently I could have never achieved. I really can’t recommend her enough for her flexibility, responsiveness, and overall energy related to improving my health. She’s incredible and so passionate about helping her clients achieve a better level of health and activity.

I’ve been training with Bailey for a while now. She knows what she’s doing and provides great guidance and explanations. I stuck to her plan and ate using the menu/numbers she provided. I went from 240+ to 185lbs all thanks to her. Energy, strength and metabolism have improved exponentially.

I started working with Bailey last year after a major illness. I needed to rebuild my muscles which I had lost because I had spent so much time in bed. I needed a trainer who understands post-illness recovery. Bailey is exceptional in every way. She is patient, professional, and friendly every time I interact with her. She helped me rebuild the muscles I had lost and that helped regain my energy. I know that without her encouragements, this would have been more difficult. Recently, I have been enjoying working out at home using small weights, bands, and the videos she puts together for me. This works well on days I do not go to the gym. I highly recommend Bailey. She made post-illness recovery possible, and at times, fun!

I've been training with Bailey for 10 months now and working with her has truly changed my life for the better. I started ass a total newbie with little to no knowledge of training (I'd honestly never even been to a gym before). Bailey is incredibly patient and supportive through every bump in the road. So I’ve been with Bailey for I believe almost 2 years now. She has been with me through thick and thin. I started with her because I needed a focus point in my life after a passing of a close relative and mentally needed to shift my mind. My mental health has improved dramatically being with her along with my physical side. So blessed in having her guide me through all this and for giving me exactly what my body needed. The absolute best trainer I could have ever asked for. When I first started working with Bailey, I had no intention of competing. I just wanted to train, feel stronger, and build balance. But the results she helped me achieve were so incredible that I actually decided to step on stage, something I never thought I’d do. After a 12 week build phase, she guided me to become stage lean with conditioning, symmetry, and definition I honestly didn’t think were possible. She always knew exactly when to adjust things, whether it was changing my macros, adding a refeed, or shifting my training. My body responded perfectly under her guidance. But what really makes her stand out is how supportive and encouraging she’s been. She’s patient, motivating, and always knew what to say on the days I was tired or doubting myself. She celebrated my progress and helped me push through the hard moments, and I always felt like she genuinely cared about me as an athlete and as a person. On top of this, I have learned the strategic science behind bodybuilding; it completely transformed my mind, body, and sport which ultimately traversed into upleveling in all other areas of my life. She propositioned my wellbeing, so if something was off, she would pivot and adjust. I’ve never felt more confident in myself or my abilities, and I know I couldn’t have brought the physique I did to the stage without her. If you’re looking for a trainer who not only has the expertise but also truly cares about her athletes, Bailey is the one. I can’t recommend her enough, and she has the credentials/experience to back it up.

Bailey is an absolute gem. She helped me regain the confidence I needed to get back on track in life regarding nutrition and exercise. She was so communicative and very easily reachable by text. She was also super patient with me because I do struggle with a binge eating disorder and don’t always do well with repetitive foods. Everyone’s journey is different and has different factors, but I’m so stoked Bailey helped me achieve losing almost 20 pounds in the 2 months we worked together. I wouldn’t train with anyone else! Bailey is so attentive to my needs and really cares about how I’m feeling in and out of the gym. Every week we check in and she changes my program based on the results of that week. When we work out together in person, she makes sure my form is correct so I’m getting the most of the exercises. Out of all the trainers I’ve had, I’ve felt like she is the one I’m getting the most results from. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
